Procrastinating Beauty Blogger Tag!

Hey Loves,

Welcome back to my blog. Just a disclaimer, I LOVE doing TAGS and I think it's a great way to still maintain/upkeep your blog when you're in between posts or just wanting to share more information about yourself.

I found this tag while creeping through Emily Noel's blog, Beauty Broadcast. Yes, I tend to do that. She explained that she had found the tag on Beautyholics Anonymous' blog and that it would be fun to do. I agree. I definitely feel that this one was fun to do and it gave me "check." I acknowledge and realize that I am a procrastinator. I believe it has a lot to do with my anxiety. Seriously. If you want to see what Emily's tag looked like, click here

I hope you don't find these to be too boring or annoying since I have done a few on here recently. If you do, then you know the drill. That means if you don't like these type of blog posts, then please feel free to check out any of my other posts that I have on here that you may find more interest in.

Alright, you all ready?

5, 4, 3, 2, 1... GO!

1. Name a beauty regimen that you rarely do?

I would say a beauty regimen that I rarely do is moisturize. I wish I did it more often, but I have this irrational thought that because my face is oily, acne prone, and sensitive that I can't moisturize it without irritating one of the three problems that I have with my skin. I also don't moisturize my body is general. I really need to do so because one day I will regret it.

2. Is washing your make-up brushes something that you do regularly?

HAHAHA, NO! I wash my brushes maybe every month or so. I donʻt use many brushes throughout the month due to always wearing basic makeup and not wearing much eyeshadow, blush, or contouring. I have a few different foundation brushes that I use so I can go without washing my brushes for a while.

I hope I never get pink eye. *Knock on wood*

3. How long will you last with chipped nail polish?

Not that long. I would say a few days. I cannot stand chipped nail polish. I have to constantly keep my nails on fleek.

I'm done with this! LMAO!

4. How long will you put off buying/replacing a beauty product, even if you need it?

Hmm, I would say not too long. I might wait maybe a week or less dependent on the product. I am really good with having more than what I need, having backup, or other products that I can use up in the mean time. The great thing about being a makeup addict is that you can never run out of a product without having an alternative or replacement of some sort.

Yeah, okay. Who am I kidding?

5. What is your worst beauty habit?

This is going to sound gross and many of you will probably tell me how I should know better given my skin type, but I would have to say my worst beauty habit it popping my pimples or zits. Yes, it is absolutely disgusting and I have suffered the consequences from such. I admit, I have acne scars and craters from not properly taking care of my skin and not listening to everyone when I was younger. I will probably make a post on my experiences with acne and how it affects my life.

Super bad habit. It's def hard to break.

6. Name something non-beauty related that you put off doing all the time?

Hmm, there is soo many given how my life is currently, but I would have to say HOMEWORK (a few months ago) or PAPERWORK (currently). I can wait till the night before or day of to do it. It's something about rushing to finish that helps me do it. I guess you can say I like to thrive under stress for certain situations.

7. When going out somewhere, do you leave getting ready to the last minute?

Yes/No. It really depends on where I am going. If I am going somewhere chill with my friends, then yes, but if I am going somewhere that requires me to put in more effort into my looks then I donʻt wait til last minute to get ready. I can take anywhere between 10 minutes to almost 2 hours to get ready given the occasion.

8. Can you commit to spending bans?

No, I cannot. I donʻt have much bans to spend, but I have been spending more than I should be on makeup. Although, to justify myself, most of the money/gift cards I used to purchase my makeup has been from my graduation and birthday. In general though, I am a good paycheck or tax return baller. The struggle is real. Sorry, not sorry!

Truuuuuuuuuuu

9. How organized are your make-up and nail polish collections?

I would say fairly organized. I have them set it their own special places, but I can do better. I have a really small counter space that doesn't permit much room to store my makeup and nail polish. One day I will do a video clip of where I store my products. It could literally be a 15 second Instagram video. That's how small of a space I am working with. My hope is to one day be able to get a makeup stand or vanity where I can store my collections, but I'll probably have to wait until I get a bigger place.

GOALS! Watch Lisa Pullano's video! You'll see what I mean.

So what did you think? Am I a horrible procrastinator or am I average? Like I mentioned earlier, I know that I am a procrastinator and I honestly need to work on it. As time goes on, maybe I will develop healthier habits and will become as organized and timely as I once used to be.

Hope you all liked this tag and I invite you to try this. Please make sure to tag me or share it with me. The ways you can connect with me are listed on your righthand side. Also, please make sure to +1 this and share it if you found this to be interesting.
